• We read each vendor's public pricing and feature pages and record what they say, with the date checked (October 12, 2026 for current guides).
• We compare total cost at realistic team sizes, including extra users, add-ons and payment processing fees.
• We do not claim hands-on testing we haven't done, and we don't publish star ratings or invented reviews.
• If a price isn't published, we say so rather than guess.
• We re-check prices regularly and update the date on each guide.
