Processing fees often cost more than the software. On $20,000 a month in card payments, every 0.1 point is $20 a month.
Short answer: If you take a lot of online card payments, fees should weigh as much as the subscription price. Housecall Pro and Jobber publish the lowest headline rates here.

Kickserv: 2.9% + $0.30 Tap to Pay, 3.9% + $0.30 card-not-present, 5.2% + $0.30 Amex, with a discount if you process $1,000+/mo. GorillaDesk: processes through Stripe or Square, so their standard rates apply.
A worked example
$20,000/mo in online card payments over 40 invoices: Jobber is about $580 + $12 = $592. Kickserv card-not-present is about $780 + $12 = $792. Housecall Pro's "from 2.59%" would be about $518 plus any per-transaction fee; confirm your actual rate.
Push ACH for big tickets
At 1%, a $10,000 replacement paid by ACH costs $100 instead of about $290 by card on Jobber.
